Do you provide the service anywhere in London?
Currently, we only provide services within inner London in zones 1-3

Do you charge for CC or ULEZ?
We won’t charge you extra for Congestion Charge, parking or ULEZ

How to place an order?
To book our services you need to register first and create an account. Once you have created an account you will be able to place an order for the date/time that suits you.

Do you store my payment card details?
Please note that we don’t store your card payment details. For maximum level of protection we use the Stripe payment system

How quickly do I get my Laundry back?
We’ll aim to return your laundry within 24-36 hours.

Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes, our minimum order value is £40

Can you wash & iron my linen?
Yes, we can wash and iron your linen. Simply, go to our Laundry services and select the number of items you need to be washed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept card payments. You will be able to pay securely for your orders using our online portal

How do I get my receipt?
Simply, send us an email with your full name, address and details of your order and we’ll email you the receipt.
